Point85 can design PCBs based either from our own circuit design as part of our development process or from your own electrical design.
We use a wide range of software (including Altium, Eagle and Diptrace) based on customer requirements and can support updates to current designs as well as new designs.
All PCB technologies are available from single layer to multi-layer, and rigid to flexible PCB's.

At Point85 we have the ability to use the latest CAD programs to model our PCBs in the final design, or to work with your own designer to ensure the PCB we deisgn fits perfectly.
We always keep design for manufacture in mind - even during the prototyping phase. This saves time and money in the long run!

Point85 can populate prototype PCBs!
Once you have your design completed its time to try it out! Point85 can outsource the board manufacture to one of our prefered suppliers. This can either remain within the UK or be outsourced to Asia. All with a fast turnaround.
We then source all of the components and can populate your boards here in the UK.
Being able to produce boards in house in small volumes allows us a very fast turnaround time, a relatively low cost option, and a total turnkey solution from design to prototype.
