Dyno Assistance
Point85 provides dyno assistance to support the setup and optimisation of Kugelfischer mechanical fuel injection systems. Working alongside engine builders and operators, we use dyno time to refine calibration, throttle response, and fuel delivery under controlled load and speed conditions. As a result, this work supports both active development, where we refine calibration changes, and validation, where we confirm consistent performance before installation or competition use.
Event Support
Point85 offers historic motorsport Kugelfischer fuel injection support at tests, rallies, and race meetings. We focus on system setup, fault diagnosis, and calibration adjustments in response to real operating conditions. In addition, we provide pre-event preparation, including system checks, baseline calibration, and configuration review to minimise issues during the event. With extensive experience in historic motorsport, we deliver practical, informed support to ensure reliability and consistent performance throughout an event.
Development Work
Point85 undertakes development work on Kugelfischer mechanical fuel injection systems for road and competition applications. This work includes calibration refinement, component evaluation, and system optimisation to suit specific engine configurations and operating requirements. Where appropriate, we support development with dyno or vehicle testing, allowing us to assess changes objectively and apply them with confidence.
