Injection pipes
Point85 manufactures complete injection pipe assemblies for Kugelfischer mechanical fuel injection systems. The pipe is produced specially for us to the original specification, before being formed and assembled in-house. Each pipe assembly is pressure tested and supplied ready for installation, eliminating the risks associated with ageing or fatigued original pipes and ensuring correct fit and reliable fuel delivery.

Point85 sources, remanufactures, and supplies hard-to-find Kugelfischer components for road, historic, and competition applications. We assess original parts, develop accurate replacements where necessary, and ensure correct specification and fit. Bosch PED Injection Pump Bodies
Point85 manufactures new Bosch PED injection pump bodies to support the rebuild and continued use of PED mechanical injection systems.
We produce these bodies to correct specification, with close control over material quality, machining accuracy, and critical features. This allows worn, damaged, or unusable original housings to be replaced, extending service life and ensuring reliable rebuilds where original pump bodies are no longer viable.
